We will need some clarification on what a "DPI port" is, unless you meant to say it's a DVI port? You will need to check the specifications for your DVI to HDMI cable. That may be the issue. There is no way to determine if there is an issue with your PC or with the 24'' Class Full HD IPS LED Monitor with AMD FreeSync (23.8'' Diagonal), Model # 24ML44B-B. If you have a gaming console that connects via HDMI, connect that to the monitor to see if you get video and that will let you know if the issue is with the monitor...^IFV
