• No, this monitor is not height adjustable. You would need to put it on some sort of platform. If this is a sticking point I would look elsewhere, especially since it doesn't have a VESA mount.

• It doesn't go up and down, it tilts at an angle on the pedestal. The pedestal is about four inches off the desk.

• It comes with a 1 inch piece that can be inserted to make it higher but other than that it is at one level.
