• We haven't had a need to remove it, but really there is no need to remove the entire rack, just remove the baskets. I just tried and with the combination of lowering the middle rack and the top rack baskets removed you can place some really tall items in the middle rack.

• You could remove the 3rd rack entirely, or just take out the silverware trays for essentially the same effect

• Yes - the top rack has two trays that fit in next to one another. These can be removed to allow more 'headroom' for the row below.

• You can remove top plastic trays, and then there would be a room for taller glasses. Also, middle rack can be lowered a little bit, that's what we did in a first place, and never changed it after.

• Yes. The third rack can be adjusted slightly or you can remove the trays to accomodate taller items in the second rack.
