Yes. Top rack at the back right side.  You can also lower the entire middle rack about 2 or 3 inches.

Yes, The upper rack has two fold down racks for stem ware. One on each side.

Yes, there is a "tab" that flips up on either side at the back of the rack for supporting stemware.
