“The specs say the height is 69 3/4. I have measured this fridge in various show rooms and often measures as high as 70 inches, why could that be? Are the specs wrong? My opening is 69 7/8, so based on the specs it should fit, but I'm worried.”

The leveling feet could lift the refrigerator up a bit higher than the spec of 69.75”. This would most likely only occur if your floor was really un-level.
