“All of my pull out drawers are broken What do I do?”

Hi Rosy. We regret to hear that all the pull out drawers on your LG 27.6 cubic foot French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water, Model # LFX28968ST are broken. Are all of them broken or is it that they have come off their tracks? That part of your Refrigerator has a year warranty on parts and labor so if you're still under warranty and the breaking of the pull out drawers is not due to a manufacture defect, you can either call the LG Customer Interactive Center at (800) 243-0000 to schedule an in warranty repair. You will need proof of purchase to establish your warranty, or you could visit the LG site at www.lg.com/us/support and schedule a repair online. If you have the Geek Squad warranty, you could just contact the Best Buy from whom you purchased the Refrigerator and they will take care of it for you...IFV
