Hi there, Gigi. Thank you for reaching out about your LG LRSOS2706S Side-by-Side Refrigerator. If your crushed ice maker isn’t working while the Craft Ice™ maker is, ensure you’ve selected the correct ice mode on the dispenser control panel. Depending on your model, press the "Select" button until the icon for crushed ice is illuminated. Then, press the dispenser switch with a glass or container to dispense crushed ice. If the issue persists, try resetting the ice maker by turning off the IcePlus™ feature and waiting 24 hours.
