If the icemaker is not producing ice, please check the water supply to ensure it’s properly connected and the valve is open, inspect the ice bin to make sure it’s aligned correctly, and verify that the freezer temperature is set to 0°F (-18°C). Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your getting water when you push the water button, that eliminates no water supply. If you have the manual, check about how to reset the ice maker. Also if your freezer isn't below a certain temp. it won't begin to make ice. Try a direct google question and somewhere there's an answer for everything. One last thing, is at times an electrical outage can cause this to happen, and by unplugging the fridge and then replugging after a few minutes clears the board of most errors.
