Q: Question1. Are the shelves on the freezer door adjustable? 2. Can an extra freezer shelf be purchased? If so, what is the part number? 3. Can an extra drawer be purchased for the freezer to fit the second from bottom shelf? If so, what is the part number?

• A:Answer The freezer has a total of 5 glass shelves and a drawer. The specifications do not indicate that the shelves are adjustable. You cannot order additional shelves or drawers for this unit. Q: QuestionHave a LRSXS2706 bought in March 2022. Has been great. Just got back from 3 week vacation where I had Ice Maker turned off. Been over 24 hours since turned back on and still no Ice being made. Any suggestions to restart? Water dispenser working fine.

• A:Answer Specs are pretty similar. Other than a price difference the V being higher in price and has a few more features, but very similar in performance. Be aware regardless of which you'd choose, if you wanted a white unit, it's anywhere from four to five hundred extra. Understand the one drawback on having more feature, and that is there is more to go wrong, and usually does.

Q: QuestionWater from supply line is not passing through the filter (Model #LRSXS2706*). It tastes awful. The filter is bone dry. It is obviously being bypassed. I called LG and the rep was no help. Did I miss a setting or something during installation?

• A:Answer Check if the water coming out of the dispenser is 'slow' and if the water is 'cloudy'. Try replacing the water filter first (remember that the 1st gallon or when the water is clear to purge the contaminants of the filter). Take pictures in case there is an issue with the refrigerator so you can try to have it looked under your warranty.
