“Our new fridge was delivered and installed 3 days ago. The water feature works just fine, however no ice has been made as of yet. The power to the icemaker is in the “on” positIon and the freezer temp is set at 0 degrees. Is there something I can do?”

You better call and have them come and fix it Mine was making ice immediately
