Yes, the handles will be removed to facilitate moving the unit through a narrow doorway. ^Daphane
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, they had to remove the handles to get in our home. The home door opening was 1/2 inch too small to get through. They did all the measurements first, did not attempt to bring through the door. Roof the handles off in the driveway brought in set up and reinstalled the handles. They were excellent and we are very happy. All the measurements are online. Measure your doorway and compare to the specs online.
