• The LMXS28626D does not come with the ability to add on a second ice maker. ^CP

• No. you have to keep making ice and storing it in the lower ice tray or top freezer drawer.

• If you are concerned about not having enough ice, fill the white bin that comes with the unit up with ice. We haven't had any issues with the ice production but we do keep the bin full in case we need more ice.
