QuestionWe just bought the TV in November (Christmas present). It mysteriously turns on and off without us doing anything. I have had to unplug it so it doesn’t turn on while we are gone. Now when you are watching it will mysteriously just shut off. Help!

QuestionI have downloaded the Xfinity Stream app. I am able to get to the Xfinity channel guide and select a channel. However, the remote won't let me change the channel up/down. Does it work for others? Thanks

QuestionLooks like this tv uses an external power supply. Do you know what the output voltage is? Hoping for 12vdc so I can use on our boat without adding inverter, dc-dc converter, etc. Don't need marine grade.

- Answer Joe, sorry to be the one with bad news, output voltage reads 19 volts at 2.43 ampere. you may want to invest in an Dc/Ac inverter.

QuestionWhat is the width at the base? How easily will it tip over? (planning to place on chest in bedroom)

- Answer The base width is widest at the center at about 3 and 5/8th inches and it narrows to over 2" at the ends of the base. It does not appear tippy at all. I have it in a spare bedroom on a chest near a wall. I've also set it on the kitchen counter in the middle of the kitchen with no problems.

QuestionI plan to mount this on a wall under a cabinet with and extendable and swivel wall mount. My concern is if it will be tilting down too much because the bracket attaches to the top skinnier part of the tv. Can't find any width specs for top and bottom.
