We struggled with the tilt feature when we first got it. We downloaded the manual and found the instructions there, and watched a You Tube video on the proper way to tilt it! Before we started really thinking, we were trying to figure a way to put something sturdy under the base of the monitor as mine was also facing downward. Please download the manual or watch a YouTube video as to how to do this!

We understand how important it is to get the right display positioning for comfort and productivity. This monitor does indeed support tilt adjustments, with a range of -5° to 20°, allowing you to adjust the angle of the screen. If the screen feels stiff, it’s possible that the tilt mechanism is a bit tight, especially if it's the first time you are adjusting it. To adjust the tilt: Gently hold the sides of the monitor. Apply light pressure to tilt it up or down to your desired angle within the -5° to 20° range. It should move more smoothly with a little effort. If you’re still finding it difficult to adjust, we recommend checking the stand to make sure it's securely attached and not obstructing any movement.
