“I have the LG 27UL600-W connected to a 13" MacBook Pro M1, using HDMI to HDMI connection with the Satechi TYPE-C MULTI-PORT ADAPTER. Randomly the monitor will display a color negative contrast (see photos). Is this a defective monitor?”

I think this is an M1 problem. I also have the 13" MBP M1 and I have had this happen randomly with this monitor, a BenQ, & a Samsung. Just unplug the HDMI and plug it back in when it happens every so often.
