Almost definitely not. Buy a cable on Amazon that connects to the DisplayPort on this monitor and whatever connection your MacBook Air accepts -- either USB or USB-C or Thunderbolt. I don't think a MacBook Air will drive two 4K monitors, just one -- but a MacBook Pro will.

The LG 27'' Class 4K UHD IPS LED Monitor with VESA Display HDR 400 (27'' Diagonal), Model # 27UL600-W does not come with any adapters as included accessories. If you need those, you will have to purchase them separately. If the Graphics card in your MacBook Air supports multiple monitors and has more than one port to connect to two monitors then you will be able to connect two monitors to it at the same time...^IFV
