I actually was not aware. We previously owned an LG that stopped working also. We purchased it in 2013 and it just broke down earlier this year, so I guess 10 years isn’t too bad. I don’t think anything can be guaranteed so we purchase a warranty. This time we bought total tech. This is basically a warranty for all your gadgets in the home, including major appliances. As long as you pay the memebers hip it’s covers everything.
