• The magnets work good. That water dispenser is great and was a pleasant surprise that the water is cold! Not sure on question about filtered water.

• The sides are magnetic but the front may not because it more treated stainless steel. The temperature from the dispenser will mirror the refrigerator temperature. Water from the dispenser is filtered. ^Daphane
