Please note that the factory-installed ice maker is located in the bottom freezer compartment, while water is dispensed from the door. As a troubleshooting step, we recommend checking that the freezer temperature is set to the proper level to support ice production. Sometimes, if the temperature isn’t cold enough, the ice maker may not function as expected.
