• A simple HDMI or optical audio cable should be compatible enough to connect any tv to any soundbar if it supports that connection. Also make sure both devices support HDMI ARC if trying HDMI cable. And that the cable is plugged into the arc ports. Then set sound to ARC on tv. Optical audio however is the simplest setup. What were you using to connect the devices?

• Our sound bars are compatible with many different brands of TV. One of the simplest ways to connect the sound bar to the TV is by using a double-ended HDMI cables. Inspect the back of your Hisense TV and find a port labeled HDMI or HDMI ARC and then plug the free end of the HDMI cable into this port. To sync up the sound settings go to the sound menu on your Hisense TV and select output option. Toggle your system over to the sound bar option and it should show that it is connected to the TV. Select sound bar as your output audio source. ^Jennifer
