“I just bought this and set it up. Very little sound from subwoofer at first but I connected it to wifi and it did some updates and now I have no sound from subwoofer.... Any ideas? I already rest everything and paired subwoofer again... Still no sound”

• Are you using HDMI arc or optical cable ? I would recommend you switch from the two and make sure your input is set to speaker input. I had to unplug and replug my cables when I briefly lost sound after trying to connect to my MacBook via Bluetooth
