Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you using HDMI arc or optical cable ? I would recommend you switch from the two and make sure your input is set to speaker input. I had to unplug and replug my cables when I briefly lost sound after trying to connect to my MacBook via Bluetooth
