• Use a 2.1 hdmi cable from TV eARC to sounbar eARC go into TV settings select auto and not pcm or bitstream great combo game changer

• If you have a tv that supports arc/earc, trust me, use an hdmi cable. Using an optical cable works but i don't always get dolby atmos and can't control volume with tv remote unless you turn on sound sync and when i turned that on, the audio changed, it sounded lower and not as good. Use an hdmi cable compatible with arc/earc.
