LG 75UM8070PUA has LG Sound Sync, Digital Audio Output (Optical) and Bluetooth support. The issue with not having eARC maybe the inability of the TV to support 4K Passthrough (HDCP 2.3). You can use other ways to connect like optical or Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. You do not have to use eArc.
