Yes, but it may give you some headaches. It's been established that trying to use those two brands together do cause software glitches in some cases. I had to get rid of my Samsung soundbar and get an LG for my TV for this issue.

Mixing brands is not always a good idea it might work fine but I would look at the Samsung model instead 3.1 or better
