Hi there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding your LG S65Q soundbar. We understand that the soundbar is not working, and we're here to help. You can try resetting the soundbar to see if that resolves the issue. To reset, press the Vol [-] button on the sound bar and the [Sound Effect] button on the remote control simultaneously and hold for at least 5 seconds, reconnect and test the soundbar.
