• The soundbar works independently. Syncing is required for subwoofer to function.

• You can definitely just use the sound bar. But that bass speaker kicks!

• The base is ridiculously loud and unnecessary. If you are watching a movie the sound effects are way too loud then when the dialogue comes you can’t hear it. Most of the time we just use the sound bar. I had to purchase a 3 channel 2 months after buying the 2 channel. Much better dialogue sound but $500 on 2 sound bars is way too expensive for a person on a fixed income. Kathleen Maloney
