• Subwoofer should have a light at the front top center. Red for no connection and green for connected. Volume can be increased through sound bar settings. It does have to remain plugged in for power, Bluetooth connects subwoofer to sound bar. Maybe sync again with soundbar about 3 ft away from bar. Then I moved it to my desired location.
