Sometimes TVs come with one or two year manufacturer warranty. Also you can purchase an additional warranty from what store you bought it from and that would cover any damages any defects when you first brought the TV any problems that you have later on in the year.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We hate to hear that you experienced a problem with your unit. Regrettably, the unit had a 1 year warranty on parts and labor from the date of original retail purchase. You can contact Customer Support by private message via Facebook @LGUSSupport with #VOC or call at 800-243-0000 for possible repair options that would be at your expense. Please be sure to provide your contact information, model/serial numbers and date of purchase. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused. ^Daphane
