• You connect to Alexa and Google with WiFi. You don’t use Bluetooth to connect with these devices. Bluetooth is only used for connecting to wireless headphones.

• To use Goggle Assistant or Amazon Alexa, the TV can be connected to the LG ThinQ App via wi-fi then you can communicate with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. You can't control the Google and Alexa device through the TV. However, you can control your TV through the Google or Alexa device. For example, if you connect your LG TV to your preferred voice assistant you can tell your Alexa/Google speaker to "Turn up the volume on LG TV". ^Daphane
