“Is it 12v going in to tv back Does it have a 110 to 12 v transformer box?”

• It is 110v supply. No 12v transformer in between.

• I am sorry, the only specification I have regarding voltage on this unit is the required power supply of AC 120V, 50/60Hz. ^Daphane
