• Regrettably, without hearing the sound quality that you are describing for the LG 32 inch Class 720p Smart HD TV (31.5'' Diag), Model # 32LM570BPUA, there is no way of determining if the unit is defective or that the sound needs some adjustments in the settings or if the issue might be from the source. You can visit your local Best Buy & ask if they are able to test another unit for you so you can assess if your unit is defective...^IFV
