“Any problems reversing the door because the bracket on the bottom of the door couldn't be screwed-in on the other side? The screw holes on the other side are filled with plastic and metal. The delivery folks couldn't do it. Defective or is there a trick?”

I contacted LG support with Facebook as suggested. It was a very slow conversation but in the end they scheduled a technician to look at the problem. He needed to drill four holes in the bottom of the door so the hinge bracket could be moved to the other side. It was a lot of trouble to go through, but now my door opens correctly now.
