It’s completely set up, the water connection and all of the packing materials are removed and taken away.

They did not leave until the temp was set. They also gave me a quick use demonstration

Yes they will come out and hook it up and it will be running before they leave. The only thing is best buy requires you to buy a new ice maker hose cant use your old 1
