A:AnswerIf the refrigerator cannot maintain a constant 37F and 0F in the freezer then something is wrong with it. I would contact LG immediately. My Kitchenaid started doing this and I ended up having to replace it after only 7 years.

In the product name and description it's titled a Smart Refrigerator.
In the specs here it states it is app compatible and provides data to the app.
Got it delivered this morning and cannot connect.
A:AnswerI believe the answer is in the side panels. The V version has grey sides as opposed to the silver sides on the S version. The S version is, at this time, $100 more than the V.
