“Besides size what is the difference between this model and the 49 Ultrawide. I’m a heavy excel user for work and have a M1 Max 14 MBP”

• The 49” ain’t 5K and the aspect ratio for this 40” is going to cover the whole monitor with no black bars vs the 49”. Also the text is going to be clearer and crisp due to the PPI.
