The LG Full HD 1080p LED TV - 43" Class (42.5" Diag), Model # 43LJ500M has a Sleep Timer function that turns the TV off after a prescribed number of minutes and can be set by repeatedly pressing the 'Sleep' button on the remote control, or going into the menu settings: Settings > General > Timers > Sleep Timer. It also has a Timer Power ON / Timer Power Off function that you can use to turn the TV on or off. The current time needs to be set correctly...^IFV
