Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You must have an existing Netflix subscription which you can login to in order to access Netflix. The television does not include a subscription to the Netflix service. You can think of it like cable television or internet service, these services are not included with the purchase of a television. The television only allows you to access those services if you already have them. If you have a Netflix subscription already you can access Netflix via the Netflix button on the remote or from the "smart" menu once you connect to the internet. You should have been promoted to do this when setting up the TV, if this step was skipped you can connect via either a hardwired Ethernet connection or login to your Wifi network in the settings menu (the button with the gear icon on it on the remote) then navigate to "more options" (denoted by ellipses in the menu) and then network.
