“Has anyone done a calibration on this TV for picture quality? I picked this up from BB when it went on sale and hooked it up to compare it to my 10 year old samsung, and LG is no match to samsung. So I'm wondering maybe I have to play around with colors.”

Try running the update and see if that does the trick.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.What format is your 10 year old Samsung. I bought the 43uj6200 as a bedroom set. I am overjoyed by it color and quality. But it still is no match for My Mitsubishi DLP or my Diamond vision CRT .both have better color and no judder. The technology on many older tv's is still better than the newer 4k as the bugs still are not worked out for the price points. (in the older sets ,a model stayed current for up to 4-5 years. Now they change yearly) if you go to the oled or higher end set s they are unbelievable in piture quality.
