I Never use Sear to service anything, I have had nothing but trouble with anything I buy or Use At SEARS!!! Take the TV Only to Geek Squad To Be Fixed, I Have not had any problems with LG 4k TVS!!! Buy The Geek Squad Protection Plan for 5yrs, then you would be in great shape if anything goes wrong, which I Doubt.Buy the Right 4K Rocketfish cables &4K Surge Protector for this TV Please to Keep running great & to get the best Picture & Safety for you.
