“Is there a video demo for the remote control? We are using WI-Fi connection and our cable service is Spectrum. But we cannot get connected somehow. We see the LG Channels but nothing else. We need a video for standard remote. we are connected to internet”

There is not a video for the standard remote. Change the input on the TV by pressing the button that looks like a plug. Try using the input selection on your remote, upper right corner, to select the right connection. It wasn't obvious at first when I hooked up my cable HDMI.
