“I watch a lot of old movies. Does this LG UN7000 TV allow you to change the aspect ratio on the display to 4:3? I asked this question over a chat and I was told no, which I found hard to believe.”

• What are you playing the movies from? If using hdmi It's up to the source to put the bars in the side of the display and present the 4x3 picture inside the HD format. The tv does have a coax input and I just checked and it does have aspect ratio settings including zoom and 4x3
