“I am having trouble with the picture. I've tried the recommended settings, tried adjusting, etc. Some shows seem fine, others are horrible. Just can't seem to get it right. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.”

I agree and have no idea but it’s what you pay for unless you get a Samsung they have excellent vivid pics but do not last as long as Sony and lg.
