“I have trouble turning the TV on. If i tcomes on to the streaming side, I often can't get it to go over to the cable side. When I hit the HD2 icom, it often justs slides off the picture, and leaves me with a black picture, or goes off.”

Make sure your cable is secure in back. If its not it can unplug and turn tv off or try moving your cable input to a different source.

However, if the device doesn’t support it, it may not work properly. In that case, change the TV’s [HDMI Deep Color] setting to off.
