If the TV is fully up-to-date, please ensure you have good Wi-Fi coverage. This TV Wi-Fi coverage is rather poor. In my case, I added a Roku Ultra box which dramatically improved this deficiency. TV is a solid performer but as an entry-level offering, it compromises features that are generally addressed with other more expensive offerings from LG.
