• Yes, it will work. You'll need to pair it, which you can find instructions for online. I'm using an extra MR22GA that I had.

• Yes, but you should go to the LG website and enter this model number. I tried to use an older Magic Remote and it did not work. The newer one will apparent work but I don't want to pay the price. Btw, the phone app will work just like the Magic Remote, including the cursor.
