“Recently purchased this model and on very humid days the inside top part of the AC builds up heavy condensation (see photos) where it could easily run off to the floor and fall on the extension plug. LG send a tech who was useless. Any ideas/help?”

It sounds like you already have a repair case open with LG, so what we would recommend to you is contacting our LG Social team by sending a private or direct message via Facebook or Twitter, using the handle @LGUSSupport, and including the repair number and model and serial numbers of your unit. They will then accommodate you by getting another tech sent out to you! ~Rita
