For the LG Smart Window Air Conditioner Model LW1017ERSM If the water filter indicator will not rest, this may indicate that the function can only be reset every 6 months like clockwork. To reset the water filter indicator on most models, press and hold the filter button for 3-5 seconds. Refer to your owner's manual for instructions on resetting the water filter indicator. `Jai.
