You may need to adjust that on your source. I had to do it on my satellite TV box. You also may need to adjust how much of the picture is shown on the screen using your source. I also had to adjust that on my satellite box. (Dish TV) My LG was cutting off the heads of people and not showing everything on the screen, similar to the way my old tube TV did with CNN, cutting off things on the extreme right and left. Adjusting this on my satellite box fixed that beautifully, and to boot the picture is better because it isn't stretched or squished.
