press BAKE. 350 DEG. F APPEARS ON DISPLAY. SET TEMP BY PRESSING + OR - BUTTON PRESS START IF YOU WANT MANUAL, GO ONLINE TO ANY OF A NUMBER OF APPLIANCE PARTS COMPANIES.
