There is no such thing as "stainless" steel.  Yes, that is what they call it, but in my experience stainless steel shows stains more than anything else.

It is all gas.  I have never used the broiler, but there is a gas burner on the top of the oven.  The air fryer aspect, however, works wonderfully.
